Maurice Angelo Coppola was born in Paris in 1965.
As a pianist, composer and arranger, he co-founded the “Gruppo Caiman” orchestra with Yuri Buenaventura in 1990 and has accompanied numerous Latin-American artists on tour, such as Orlando Watusi and Javier Plaza, etc.

Maurice is the pianist, composer and arranger for the “La Charanga Nueva” orchestra with whom he recorded two albums and shared the bill at numerous international festivals with artists such as Celia Cruz, Johnny Pacheco and Grup Niche, etc. He has taken part in numerous international festivals as a pianist in salsa and Latin jazz ensembles such as Paris Latin Salsa and Carlos de Nicaragua, etc.
